Regulations of the Promotion

FASHION WEEKEND

These Regulations (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulations”) set out the rules of the promotional campaign “Fashion Weeked”, organised by Kazar Group S.A. with its registered office in Przemyśl (postal code 37-700), ul. Lwowska 154, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs kept by the District Court in Rzeszów, XII [12th] Economic Division of the National Court Register [KRS] under number KRS 0001162767; NIP [Tax Identification Number]: 795-15-32-361, BDO [Database on Products and Packaging as well as Waste Management]: 000030990, having the status of a large entrepreneur
within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of 8 March 2013 on counteracting excessive delays
in commercial transactions (Dz.U. [Polish Journal of Laws] of 2022, item 893), share capital: PLN 150,000 (hereinafter referred to as: “Kazar” or “Organiser”),

hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion”.

§1 Rules of the Promotion

1. The Promotion is valid in all Kazar stationary Brand stores in the territory of the Republic
   of Poland, in all stationary Brand stores in Hungary (hereinafter referred to as the: Brand stores) and in the Organiser’s Online store available on the website at: https://kazar.com/, https://eu.kazar.com/, https://de.kazar.com/, https://fr.kazar.com/, https://nl.kazar.com/, https://it.kazar.com/, https://es.kazar.com/, https://kazarstudio.com/ (hereinafter referred to as the: Online store). The list of Brand stores is available on the website at: https://kazar.com/znajdz-salon and https://kazarstudio.com/znajdz-salon.
2. The Promotion consists of a 15% discount on the purchase of any selected products
   from the collection available in the Brand stores and the Online store (hereinafter referred to as the: “Promotional Products”).
3. The Promotion does not include the purchase of a Gift Card and the shoe protection service.
4. The 15% discount is applied from the last price of the Promotional Product.
5. The Promotion is combined with other promotions, discount campaigns, coupons, etc., unless otherwise expressly indicated in the detailed terms and conditions of a given promotional campaign.
6. The discount specified in sec. 4 above can be received only during the Promotional Period specified in § 2 sec. 2 of these Regulations.

§2 Promotional Period

1. The Regulations shall enter into force as at 31 March 2023.
2. Duration of the Promotion: from 31 March 2023, time: 00:01 a.m. until 05 April 2023, time: 11:59 p.m.

§3 Complaints

1. Complaints regarding the Promotional Product may be submitted directly in the Brand store during its opening hours or by sending a complaint to the e-mail address: bok@kazar.com.
   It is recommended that the complaint should include in particular: name and surname, contact details and a description of the matter to which the complaint relates. The complaint will be examined and a response will be given within 14 days of the date of receipt of the complaint.
2. The provisions of the Polish Civil Code and other applicable legal regulations, in particular the Act on Consumer Rights, shall apply to all matters not regulated in these Regulations, and the provisions of the Regulations of the Online store shall apply to agreements concluded through the Online store.

§4 Final Provisions

1.
