Regulations of the Promotion
BLACK WEEKEND
These Regulations (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulations”) sets out the rules of the promotional campaign “BLACK WEEKEND“, organised by Kazar Group Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Przemyśl (postal code 37-700), ul. Lwowska 154, entered into the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court in Rzeszów, XII [12th] Economic Division of the National Court Register [KRS] under number KRS 0000132965; NIP [Tax Identification Number]: 795-15-32-361, BDO [Database on Products and Packaging as well as Waste Management]: 000030990, having the status of a large entrepreneur within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of 8 March 2013 on counteracting excessive delays in commercial transactions (Dz.U. [Polish Journal of Laws] of 2022, item 893), share capital: PLN 450,000 (hereinafter referred to as the: “Kazar” or “Organiser”),
hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion”.
§ 1
Rules of the Promotion
- The Promotion is valid in all Kazar stationary Brand stores in the territory of the Republic of Poland and Hungary (hereinafter referred to as the: “Brand stores”) and in the Organiser’s Online store at: https://kazar.com, https://eu.kazar.com, https://de.kazar.com, https://cs.kazar.com, https://fr.kazar.com, https://nl.kazar.com, https://it.kazar.com, https://es.kazar.com, https://ua.kazar.com, https://hu.kazar.com, https://kazarstudio.com (hereinafter referred to as the: “Online store”). The list of the Brand stores is available on the website at: https://kazar.com/znajdz-salon.
- The Promotion consists of a 20% discount on the purchase of products at the regular price and discounted products from the collection available in the Brand stores and the Online store (hereinafter referred to as the: “Promotional Products”).
- The Promotion does not include the purchase of a Gift Card, the shoe protection service and the Kazar care by woshwosh service.
- The 20% discount is applied from the last price of the Promotional Product (hereinafter referred to as the: “Discount”).
- The Promotion is not combined with other promotions, discount campaigns, unless otherwise expressly indicated in the detailed terms and conditions of a given promotional campaign.
- The discount specified in sec. 4 above can be received only during the Promotional Period specified in § 2 sec. 2 of these Regulations.
- In the event of an exchange of a product purchased under the Promotion, after the end of the Promotional Period, the Discount is not granted for the purchase of the product under the exchange.
§ 2
Promotional Period
- The Regulations shall enter into force as at 28 November 2024.
- Duration of the Promotion: from 28 November 2024, 6 p.m. in Brand stores, 9 p.m. in the Online store until 2 December 2024, time: 11:59 p.m. (hereinafter referred to as the: “Promotional Period”).
§ 3
Complaints
- Complaints regarding the Promotional Product may be submitted directly in the Brand store during its opening hours or by sending a complaint to the e-mail address: customercare@kazar.com. It is recommended that the complaint should include in particular: name and surname, contact details and a description of the matter to which the complaint relates. The complaint will be examined and a response will be given within 14 days of the date of receipt of the complaint.
- The provisions of the Polish Civil Code and other applicable legal regulations, in particular the Act on Consumer Rights, shall apply to all matters not regulated in these Regulations, and the provisions of the Regulations of the Online store shall apply to agreements concluded through the Online store.
