TERMS OF RETURN
RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM THE CONTRACT
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract entered into at the Kazar Online Store within 14 days without giving any reason. In the case of a contract of sale involving the transfer of ownership of a tangible item, the time limit for cancelling the contract of sale expires after 14 days from the day on which you took possession of the goods or on which a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
In the case of a contract of sale providing for the transfer of ownership of several items to be shipped separately or a contract providing for the transfer of ownership of items delivered in different lots or pieces, the withdrawal period starts on the day on which you take possession of the last item, lot or piece or on which a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the last item, lot or piece.
However, in the case of contracts for the sale of services, the 14-day withdrawal period begins on the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You can send your declaration, for example, by e-mail to the following address: customercare@kazar.com.
CONTRACTUAL RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The customer can withdraw from the contract within 30 days from the date of purchase.
You can return the purchased products at your expense to the address below. You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. We recommend that you keep the return note.
Please enclose the completed returns form that we sent with the goods with the returned product. You can also download and print out the returns form here: Returns form.
We will refund your payment no later than 14 days after the day we receive your cancellation notice. We will refund the payment using the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction.
