Kazar Group S.A. informs that it undertakes actions aimed at ensuring the accessibility of its products and services in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 26 April 2024 on ensuring the fulfilment of accessibility requirements for certain products and services by economic operators.

This statement has been prepared pursuant to Article 32 of the above-mentioned Act and applies to the website eu.kazar.com operated by Kazar Group S.A., as well as to the services offered through it.

The complaint must include: the consumer’s first and last name; 2) a correspondence address, email address or telephone number with an indication of the preferred method of contact; 3) an indication of the service to which the complaint relates; 4) an indication of the accessibility requirement that the service does not meet, together with a request to ensure its fulfilment by the economic operator
