TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE OFFER 

Buy a set and pay less - suitcases

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms and Conditions") define the rules of the permanent offer "Buy a set and pay less - suitcases" (hereinafter referred to as the "Offer") provided by Kazar Group S.A. with its registered office in Przemyśl (postal code 37-700), ul. Lwowska 154, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs kept by the District Court in Rzeszów, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the KRS number: 0001162767; NIP: 795-15-32-361, BDO: 000030990, having the status of a large entrepreneur within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of 8 March 2013 on Combating Excessive Delays in Commercial Transactions (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 893), share capital (fully paid up): PLN 450,000 (hereinafter "Kazar").

§1 General Provisions

1. The offer is presented under the name ‘Buy a set and pay less – suitcases’ and constitutes a conditional offer.
2. The offer is available in the Organiser's online store at https://eu.kazar.com/   (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Online Store’).
3. The offer is valid until 31.12.2025 

§2 Terms and conditions of the programme

1. The beneficiary of the offer may be any natural person of full legal capacity who is a consumer, hereinafter referred to as the "Customer".
2. The Offer applies to goods from the category "Suitcases" offered for sale in the Online Store. A detailed list of the goods covered by the offer is available in the Online Store at: https://eu.kazar.com/women/handbags/suitcases.html
3. The Customer may combine suitcases into any number of sets, provided that at least 2 or 3 items from the range covered by the Offer are purchased in a single transaction.
4. The purchase price of a set of 2 suitcases is reduced by 30% of the sum of the individual prices.
5. The purchase price of a set of 3 suitcases is reduced by 40% of the sum of the individual prices.
6. The price reduction under the conditions described in the Terms and Conditions - referred to in paragraph 5 above - is the maximum benefit that the Customer may obtain.
7. If the Customer wishes to return a product from the set, he/she is obliged, at his/her discretion, to return the equivalent of the benefit received in the form of a price reduction or to return the entire set. The additional payment in case of return of part of the set consists in the adjustment of the price of the goods to their regular price in force at the time of purchase, without taking into account the discount resulting from the purchase of the set.
8. The offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offer. This means, in particular, that goods covered by the offer cannot be goods that have previously been discounted, are on clearance sale or have been discounted as part of a promotional offer.
9. The offer is valid while stocks last. 

§3 Final provisions

1. These Terms and Conditions shall enter into force on 18.04.2025
2. These Terms and Conditions are available in the Online Store at: https://eu.kazar.com
3. Complaints about the Offer may be made by to the following address customercare@kazar.com . It is recommended that the complaint should include, in particular: first name and surname, contact details and a description of the matter to which the complaint relates. Complaints will be considered and a response will be provided within 14 days of receipt of the complaint.
4. Any matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the relevant provisions of civil law and other applicable laws, in particular the provisions on consumer rights and the provisions of the Terms and Conditions of the Online Store.
