Regulations of the Offer

You pay less when you buy a set

These Regulations (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulations”) set out the rules of the permanent offer “You pay less when you buy a set” (hereinafter referred to as the “Offer”) presented by Kazar Group Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Przemyśl (postal code 37-700), ul. Lwowska 154, entered into the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court in Rzeszów, XII [12th] Economic Division of the National Court Register [KRS] under number KRS 0000132965; NIP [Tax Identification Number]: 795-15-32-361, BDO [Database on Products and Packaging as well as Waste Management]: 000030990, having the status of a large entrepreneur within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of 8 March 2013 on counteracting excessive delays in commercial transactions (Dz.U. [Polish Journal of Laws] of 2022, item 893), share capital: PLN 150,000 (hereinafter referred to as: “Kazar”).

§1 General Provisions

1. The Offer is presented under the name “You pay less when you buy a set” and is a permanent conditional offer.
2. The Offer is available in all Kazar stationary brand stores in the territory of the Republic of Poland (hereinafter referred to as the: Brand stores) and in the Organiser’s Online store available on the website at https://kazar.com/ (hereinafter referred to as the: Online store). The list of Brand stores is available on the website at https://kazar.com/znajdz-salon.
3. The Offer is permanent.

§2 Rules of the Programme

1. The beneficiary of the Offer may be any natural person with full legal capacity, who is a consumer within the meaning of Article 22 (1) of the Polish Civil Code, hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”.
2. The Offer covers products from the category of suitcases offered for current sales in the Brand stores and in the Online store, a detailed list of products covered by the Offer is available in the Brand stores and in the Online store in the tab at: https://kazar.com/kobieta/torebki/walizki.html.
3. The Customer may combine the suitcases into any sets, provided that in one transaction the Customer will purchase at least 2 or 3 items from the product range covered by the Offer.
4. The purchase price of a set of 2 suitcases is reduced by 10% in relation to the sum of unit prices.
5. The purchase price of a set of 3 suitcases is reduced by 20% in relation to the sum of unit prices.
6. The reduction of the price referred to in sec. 5 above under the conditions described in the Regulations is the maximum benefit that the Customer can receive.
7. If the Customer wants to return the product from the set, the Customer is obliged, at the Customer’s discretion, to return the equivalent of the amount of the benefit received, consisting in the reduction of the price, or to return the entire set.
8. The Offer cannot be combined with promotional campaigns, unless otherwise expressly indicated in the detailed terms and conditions of a given promotional campaign. The above, in particular, means that the products covered by the Offer cannot be previously discounted, subject to sale or those for which a discount was granted as part of any promotional campaign.

§3 Final Provisions

1. The Regulations shall enter into force as at 22 February 2023.
2. The Regulations are available in the Brand stores and in the Online store at: www.kazar.com.
3. Complaints regarding the Offer may be submitted directly in the Brand store during its opening hours or by sending a complaint to the e-mail address: bok@kazar.com. It is recommended that the complaint should include in particular: name and surname, contact details and a description of the matter to which the complaint relates. The complaint will be examined and a response will be given within 14 days of the date of receipt of the complaint.
4. The provisions of the Polish Civil Code and other applicable legal regulations, in particular the Act on Consumer Rights, shall apply to all matters not regulated in these Regulations, and the provisions of the Regulations of the Online store shall apply to agreements concluded through the Online store.
