BLACK WEEKEND PROMOTION REGULATIONS
These Regulations (hereinafter: the “Regulations”) define the terms and conditions of the promotional campaign “BLACK WEEKEND”, organized by Kazar Group S.A., with its registered office in Przemyśl (postal code 37-700), ul. Lwowska 172, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs kept by the District Court in Rzeszów, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under number KRS 0001162767; NIP: 795-15-32-361, BDO: 000030990, holding the status of a large entrepreneur within the meaning of the Act of 8 March 2013 on Counteracting Excessive Delays in Commercial Transactions (Journal of Laws 2022, item 893), share capital: PLN 150,000 (hereinafter: “Kazar” or the “Organizer”),
hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion”:
§1. Terms of the Promotion
- The Promotion is valid in all regular stationary Kazar brand stores located within the territory of the Republic of Poland (hereinafter: “Brand Stores”), in all stationary Kazar outlet stores located within the territory of the Republic of Poland (hereinafter: “Outlet Stores”), and in the Organizer’s Online Store available at: https://kazar.com, https://eu.kazar.com, https://de.kazar.com, https://cs.kazar.com, https://fr.kazar.com, https://nl.kazar.com, https://it.kazar.com, https://es.kazar.com, https://ua.kazar.com, https://at.kazar.com, https://kazarstudio.com https://en.kazarstudio.com/(hereinafter: the “Online Store”).
- The Promotion in the Online Store consists of granting a 25% discount on all products available in the Online Store. Prices displayed in the Online Store during the Promotion Period include the 25% discount.
- The Promotion in Brand Stores consists of granting a 25% discount for purchases of at least PLN 249.
- The promotion in the outlet stores consists of a 25% discount when purchasing a minimum of two products and applies only to women's bags, men's bags, and footwear.
- The following are excluded from the Promotion: purchase of Gift Cards, footwear protection services, and the service “Kazar care by woshwosh”.
- The 25% discount is calculated as follows:
a) In the Online Store and Brand Stores – from the regular price of the product,
b) In Outlet Stores – from the outlet price (hereinafter: the “Discount”). - The Promotion cannot be combined with other promotions or discount actions unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific terms of a given promotional action.
- The Discount referred to in sections 2, 3, and 4 above may be obtained exclusively during the Promotion Period specified in § 2 section 2 of these Regulations.
- In the event of an exchange of a product purchased under the Promotion after the Promotion Period has ended, the Discount is not granted for the replacement product.
- If, as a result of withdrawal from the transaction in a Brand Store or Outlet Store, the conditions for applying the promotional discount are no longer met, the buyer loses the right to the Discount. In such a case, the buyer shall be obliged, at their choice, either to return the value of the granted Discount or to return all promotional products to which the Discount was applied.
§ 2. Promotion Period
- These Regulations enter into force on 27 November 2025.
- Duration of the Promotion: from 27 November 2025, at 00:01 in the online store, from the opening hours of the brand stores and outlet stores, until 1 December 2025, at 23:59 (hereinafter: the “Promotion Period”).
§ 3. Complaints
- Complaints regarding Promotional Products may be submitted directly in a Brand Store or Outlet Store during their opening hours, or by sending a complaint notification by email to: [email protected]. It is recommended that the complaint notification include, in particular: full name, contact details, and a description of the issue to which the complaint relates. The complaint will be reviewed and a response regarding its resolution will be provided within 14 days from the date of receipt.
- Any matters not regulated in the Regulations shall be governed by the provisions of the Civil Code and other applicable laws, in particular the Consumer Rights Act, and for contracts concluded via the Online Store – also the provisions of the Online Store Regulations.
